With over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tonya Szakelyhidi serves as the Principal Broker with a strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and results. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for guiding clients and agents through complex transactions with clarity, expertise, and attention to detail.
As Principal Broker, Tonya oversees brokerage operations, ensures compliance with state regulations, and mentors agents to maintain the highest standards of service. Her extensive experience spans residential sales, investment properties, and property management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the real estate market.

As a lifelong Fredericksburg local, Lyndi brings unmatched expertise and community connections to every client she serves. She’s proud to help families and investors across the region with both real estate sales and property management.
With her Military Relocation Professional certification, and as the significant other of a U.S. Marine, Lyndi understands the unique challenges of military life. Growing up near Quantico, she’s seen firsthand how important it is for families to have a knowledgeable, compassionate advocate during every move.
